I never had the urge to drop everything and travel the world, as traveling has been part of my family routine since I was little! Our family trips were unforgettable, mostly spontaneous, and for me, it was an adventure discovering the places we visited day after day. 

So that travel bug grew with me. After graduating in Neurophysiology, completing various trainings and a postgraduate course, I decided to venture into something unknown.

I opened a Local Accommodation in the Historic Center of Guimarães with my husband, Bruno. We couldn’t be happier and prouder of our achievement. It’s a constant exchange of different cultures, new languages, and a growing curiosity to learn more and more. We feel like we travel a little bit every day.

I have visited several dozen countries across 4 continents. I don’t usually take vacations that allow me to rest much; I prefer a balance between adventure, entertainment, and also learning from locals and sharing knowledge. 

I embarked on this new adventure with Iza because, like her, every time I leave Portugal, I return with the feeling that we live in an absolutely fantastic country that deserves to be visited in the best possible way, by everyone!
