Day 1 | Welcome to Flores

This day is reserved for your arrival on the island of Flores. As soon as you leave the airport, a vehicle will be waiting to take you to your accommodation.

Here, you will meet your Leader, who will be ready to immerse you in the mystique of this fantastic island.

If your flight arrives early, your Leader may offer you some options for what you can do to make the most of your time on the island. They might even accompany you, for example, on a visit to the whaling factory museum, a hike to hidden spots, or if you’re into something more adventurous, you can book a canyoning experience (advance reservation required and subject to availability), which is almost a must-do activity since the island has over 100 waterfalls.

If you prefer, you can always stay at the hotel, enjoy its pool or gym to prepare for the upcoming days in this paradise. Or simply take a dip in the natural pools right in front of the hotel.

This day is dedicated to you so you can get familiar with the island and meet your travel companions.

Once the group is gathered and the check-in formalities are completed, it’s time to sit down at the table and enjoy the island’s specialties.

Day 2 | Hike & Explore

Today is the day to explore this fantastic island on foot.

At a time to be arranged, you will embark on the trails chosen by the Leader, according to the weather conditions, ensuring the safety of all travelers.

So, on this first day of activities, a trail is planned where you will observe part of the Northeast Coast of the island.A slope made up of high and vast cliffs, carved by several bays and coves. We begin at a viewpoint with a fantastic view of a unique sea, where we can spot several islets and the smallest island of the Azores – Corvo Island.

We will pass by a bay, considered by many to be the Top 2 on the island, and some hidden waterfalls that your Leader will be more than happy to show you.

In the end, you will gaze upon one of the island's most beautiful bays and visit a private museum. Many surprises may happen.

Here’s the translation for your sentence: Ponta Delgada and Ponta do Albernaz Lighthouse.. This lighthouse started operating in 1925, and from there you can see Corvo Island and the bay where Maria Vaz Islet!It’s also possible to spot the westernmost point of Europe, and our leader will tell you where it is and its history.

Day 3 | Van Tour in Flores

Today, although it's a "rest" day, it’s not meant to be spent at the hotel.

In other words, today you will take a roadtrip arround the island and explore the points of interest that Flores has to offer. And believe me, even by car, you’ll be left breathless several times.

You will be fascinated by the lagoons, the views from various viewpoints, the waterfalls, and the island's Top number 1 – Poço da Ribeira do Ferreiro. Take the opportunity, if you wish, to take a dip in the sea or in the natural pools of Fajã Grande. We will also visit an old village that has been fully restored and is absolutely UNMISSABLE!

In fact, on this day, you can also taste the most famous bifanas of Flores Island by the sea and the natural pools

Day 4 | Hike & Explore – Part 2

With a tear in the corner of our eye, we begin to say goodbye to this paradise with more fantastic hikes, to explore a few more waterfalls and spots on the Island of Flores.

Thus, on this day, the hike begins between lagoons, passing near the highest point of the island – Morro Alto. We will walk along the top of a cliff with a fantastic view. Then, we will start descending towards Poço do Bacalhau, one of the most visited waterfalls on the island. A waterfall about 90 meters high, set in a beautiful surrounding.

You may also have time to visit a museum that interests you or take part in another activity, such as Yoga or Canyoning (advance reservation required and subject to availability).

Day 5 | Corvo Island

Early in the morning, after a good breakfast, it's time to head to the neighboring island and see Flores from a different perspective. When you arrive at Corvo Island Get ready to do one of the most beautiful hikes in the world – the Caldeirão Trail.

After replenishing your energy, it’s time to visit the picturesque Corvo Village , its mills, its lava fajã, and you may still have time to take a swim at its black sand beach.

Above all, always remember to greet those who pass by you. The people of the islands are extremely friendly and attentive, and they love new faces and stories.

Day 6 | Flores

In the same way we started this journey, we will end it!

That is, the day is completely free for you to do whatever you want. Make the most of every moment in this little paradise.

At a time to be arranged, the pick-up van will be at the hotel to take you to the airport.

Note - – .With the inherent unpredictability of the Azores islands, it's likely that there will be changes to the itinerary. What we mean by this is that, for example, just because the visit to Corvo Island is scheduled for the 5th, it doesn't necessarily mean it will happen on that day. Our skipper will let us know the best day to visit Corvo, ensuring safety and allowing us to make the most of the island.
